Topic: what are some important qualities of a good boss?

Many companies have trouble with their boss. To be, and show good qualities of a good boss, you got to be tough to yourself, but really nice to the workers, and make them to work very hard, and enjoy them to work, so they will have positive thoughts, so company will develop faster.
In my opinion, to be a good boss, you got to be very aggressive. The reason why you got to be aggressive is that you got to show the workers that you are interested in the work, if people see the boss tries hard, they are going to try harder because they can’t be playing if boss is working, they will fee embarrassed, so to make the workers work hard, and boss work too, I am very sure, people are going to like the boss, if he or she tries hard as them.
You have to think that workers are just like your family because you are not going to be able to work with unlikable people, I mean you can, but as you get close to the workers, you will feel fun, and workers will work hard because they know that the boss is thinking them as a special boss, so they won’t lie, and just work hard for the company.
He or she has to be very responsible, the boss is a leader, if you can’t lead, and have no responsibility, one day, you are going to failure, no worker is going to like boss because you are not even trying, you are telling people to work, and you don’t even have responsibility.
There are lots of ways to be a good leader, or boss. However I think that this is the best and the fastest way that you can show your worker that you are a good boss.
