Topic: now days, food had become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live? What is the problem with the fast food? Use specific reasons to support your reason.
Food had changed people’s life, lately; many people eat fast food to save their times, or to eat fast. Foods have changed the culture, especially in America. But the fast food caused a lot of problem to us. It gives us unnecessary supplies, we will be unhealthy, or fat…etc because of these fast food.Lots of people still eat their food at home, but I am sure 50% of people eat fast food, and like them, but these foods save the time, especially you are busy, you can’ t cook for 1hour to prepare to eat, to save your time, you have to eat fast food. For example, to save their time, they buy food in the superstore; you heat it up for 5 minutes, and eat, which is very simple.It is good thing to save their time, but these are really bad for our health, if we keep eating this, we will be very fat, even though you exercise a lot, it does not give you, the stuff that you need in your body. You can see a lot of fat people in the USA because they eat a lot of hamburgers, hotdogs, or pizza. You will be fat, and might get any disease, disease like you have problem with your stomach, or something else, which is hard to fix because once if you eat lots of fast food, it is very hard not to eat.To solve this problem, first of all, we should eat our food at home, many young people say fast food is better, but once you live out of your place for more than a year, you feel like to have the food that parents made. Second, if you want to have fast food, you should have them once in a week, or a month, not every day, or more than 3 times in a week because that influences the process of body.You can eat the fast food, but you got to be able to control yourself, or eat the food that is homemade because people have lot of trouble, even though there are good things, unless you have to eat fast food, you shouldn’t eat them, even though those food are easier to eat, and quicker to eat, if you want to keep your body healthy.
