Food had changed people’s life, lately; many people eat fast food to save their times, or to eat fast. Foods have changed the culture, especially in America. But the fast food caused a lot of problem to us. It gives us unnecessary supplies, we will be unhealthy, or fat…etc because of these fast food.Lots of people still eat their food at home, but I am sure 50% of people eat fast food, and like them, but these foods save the time, especially you are busy, you can’ t cook for 1hour to prepare to eat, to save your time, you have to eat fast food. For example, to save their time, they buy food in the superstore; you heat it up for 5 minutes, and eat, which is very simple.It is good thing to save their time, but these are really bad for our health, if we keep eating this, we will be very fat, even though you exercise a lot, it does not give you, the stuff that you need in your body. You can see a lot of fat people in the USA because they eat a lot of hamburgers, hotdogs, or pizza. You will be fat, and might get any disease, disease like you have problem with your stomach, or something else, which is hard to fix because once if you eat lots of fast food, it is very hard not to eat.To solve this problem, first of all, we should eat our food at home, many young people say fast food is better, but once you live out of your place for more than a year, you feel like to have the food that parents made. Second, if you want to have fast food, you should have them once in a week, or a month, not every day, or more than 3 times in a week because that influences the process of body.You can eat the fast food, but you got to be able to control yourself, or eat the food that is homemade because people have lot of trouble, even though there are good things, unless you have to eat fast food, you shouldn’t eat them, even though those food are easier to eat, and quicker to eat, if you want to keep your body healthy.

There was a special time; earth hour on Saturday, march 29th. You should have turned off the lights for an hour 8:30-9:30, did you? I didn’t because I didn’t know it was a day for saving electricity. Have you known that if the whole world turn off not even whole world, but most of the world turn off the light, the government can save millions of dollars, which is awesome because you can save money that you don’t have to spend on, or specifically don’t have to waste your money. This is a great day to me because sometimes I don’t act that way, but I like to keep the environment safe because I, or environmentalists don’t want to get any trouble in the future, well, you can’t make it back the electricity after you use them, but still, if you can save million of, million of money, I think we should do this once in a month, so everyone will think that to keep electricity forever is no good. In my opinion, even though it is very small activity, this is a great work because even it is for an hour, you save tons of money, and because we do this, even little children will feel that we should save electricity, and should not waste. This article is showing that Cleopatra, the queen of Egypt, but came to Greek to marry. So they thought that Cleopatra was a woman because she was in Greece. Many people said that she was incredibly beautiful, but she wasn’t actually beautiful that much. I thought that she was an Egyptian, I learned like this in my memory. I do not believe that she was Greek, just opposition of what people think of, I thought she was Egyptian because, first of all, I learned that she was the queen of Egypt, which makes perfect sense that she was Egyptian, and in my memory, she has sister, who was born in Egypt, which, makes better sense. Because I am not sure about this, I am very curious about this because she was a great queen, have a history in two countries, which make interesting because it was hard for female to be one of leader, especially in the period, in Rome, the role of women was that telling the leaders or men what is wrong or right, giving their thoughts because men aren’t always right. To be in the company that you want, or to learn more information, many people go to college or university. But I think that most people go to university for their future job, they don’t want to work in laundry room, and they want to work something fascinating, what they have wanted for a long time.
Almost every student goes to university because of his or her career preparation. Many people want to work on what they want, but they can’t just work, they have to prove that that has ability to work. That is why people go to college or university. If they work hard in university, they can do better in the company that you work in, and you will enjoy your life, work.People learn more information about what they want to learn, that is why people can choose the subject that they want in university or college, but some people could come to the university because of new experience, just to experience what is the university like, or way that university students work is almost same as the normal workers, so before they work, just experience new thing.
I think that the career preparation is good reason to go to university because if you can’t go to that university, the company will not accept you to work in the company, and many people don’t think about the increased knowledge, they think about the future, I think that this is kind of bad traditional thing because if people only want to get some money, there is no point of studying. Also, even though you go to normal college or university, that doesn’t mean that, you are stupid, or something because your family is not wealthy enough to go to university, even though you have ability to go to good universities. However, company does not care whether you are poor, but smart because they are just going to see the result, not way that I work, which can be not fair.
As I study in the university or college, I want to have good experience, or memorable, and something special remembrance to keep because it should be very different from the high school, you will feel different, you will meet different friends…etc. It will be very fun and interesting to have new experiences, and it might help me in the future, so I want to go university or college.

This article is about lobsters and the crabs feel the pain, just like other animals do. Scientist had experiment about this, they took out their legs, see what they do, so scientist figured out that they just feel like the other animals, Robert Elwood, the lead author of both papers, explained to Discovery News that pain allows an individual to be "aware of the potential tissue damage" while experiencing "a huge negative emotion or motivation that it learns to avoid that situation in the future." and the university professor said, all the crabs were released after this experiment, and they were survived.
Another interesting article was that dog is the most similar animal not chimpanzees, chimps live very similar, and share many of our genes, but dog have lived with human for a very long time that they live very similar to the humans, cooperation, verbal conversation, or non-verbal conversations. I think this shows that other animals do learn if they live with something or somebody very closely because just like the article, and in my experience, my friend's dog was just like this, I was very surprised, if he said "come", dog will come to him, which was amazing fact because I though dog will never be able to be like humans, monkeys (I was young this time.)

This article is basically about global warming, and how people, especially scientists are trying to change, and stop this problem. This articles says that scientists have figured out that a new way to transform the coal, so you can even use it for the car, and your car is using far less energy, which is saving energy, and one way to try to fix the global warming, but this is a bad news why? because it produce twice as more carbon dioxide (CO2) traditional petroleum fuels and at best will still emit at least as much of the greenhouse gas. It is a very big bad news because they have made worse gas to use, and that is going to cause more, even faster global warming. So they are going to have debate with the government very soon.
It is very good that scientists invented new thing, simpler thing, but if we can't use them, they should not tell people to use them because they know better than anyone of global warming, they should try to solve this problem without using so much gas, or not producing CO2 because CO2, and any gases make the earth even worse, but most times, those gases are very cheap that any people can use easily. So it is very hard to stop.
If I was scientist, I would really try to solve global warming because one day, we are going to have to live under the water, I would not want to live under the water, so if I was a real scientist. Title: What are the important qualities of good teacher? USe specific reasons and the examples to explain why these qualities are good.
I have three reasons for what are the imporant qualities of a good teacher. Those are to love students as my family, to not use any violence, and to thinkg that students are the first because if teachers want to be the best one, but you don't like students, there is no way that someone can be a good teacher.I think to love students is very important because if teacher likes all the students as the equality, students will like teacher, mostly the students will show their teacher their hard work. For exammple, I've had a best teacher in grade five. He was very gentle, except beginning, he just wanted everyone to listen to him, he was very close to the students, he liked to do the stuffs that student like as necessary stuffs, he would have double gym class, if he missed for other subject studying, which was good because everyone like the gym class so much, as he acted that way, we acted him back, we studied, he knew we are studying because my class average was 10% higher than the other class average. So if you like the students and act, you will be one of best teachers for the students.Second reason was to not use violence, it is very simple to say. Who likes teachers who are violent, or would you like to have violent teachers. Simply we don't. WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF READING?
Many students can feel that we don't care with book, and they are saying that book does not help anything, but I disagree with them, I know better I think because English is my second language, therefore I have been reading English book every single day since I came over Canada, so I am going to show you that how books work by reading.First, I can say of course English skill is getting a lot, way better thatn what I had, you can feel difference among reading everyday, and not reading. I camse here last year Feburary, 2007.2, I could not speak anything except a few words hi, how are you, and I was scared if foregin, Canadian asked me something from out side, so I had to go step by step, I read write a journal for little part, I practiced cursive, and school work, and also I had to memolize a lot of the words. And now, I can speak English as my first language Korean. I also did not recognize skill was from book as grammar stuff, so I asked my homeroom teacher that what has happened, and she was laughing, ans then explained everything to me, first time no people enjoyed the book included me except people who liked to read even they did not know how to read, what is the book as my brother did.What I want to explain you in this paragraph is that first time you feel board and does not learn anything, but if you take the time, you can read, and it will help you a lot, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.Reading, it is very board first time ,but time by time you can enjoy also feel learning something. You can learn a lot of grammar, vocab, and writing skills as I already said. You also can feel that your speaking is getting better, when I started to talk a lot, I felt that is the book's effectional thing because there are conversation, so if we learn that, we could use in out of the world of the book. Many students can feel that we don't care with book, and they are saying that book does not help anything, but I disagree with them, I know better I think because English is my second language, therefore I have been reading English book every single day since I came over Canada, so I am going to show you that how books work by reading.First, I can say of course English skill is getting a lot, way better thatn what I had, you can feel difference among reading everyday, and not reading. I camse here last year Feburary, 2007.2, I could not speak anything except a few words hi, how are you, and I was scared if foregin, Canadian asked me something from out side, so I had to go step by step, I read write a journal for little part, I practiced cursive, and school work, and also I had to memolize a lot of the words. And now, I can speak English as my first language Korean. I also did not recognize skill was from book as grammar stuff, so I asked my homeroom teacher that what has happened, and she was laughing, ans then explained everything to me, first time no people enjoyed the book included me except people who liked to read even they did not know how to read, what is the book as my brother did.What I want to explain you in this paragraph is that first time you feel board and does not learn anything, but if you take the time, you can read, and it will help you a lot, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.Reading, it is very board first time ,but time by time you can enjoy also feel learning something. You can learn a lot of grammar, vocab, and writing skills as I already said. You also can feel that your speaking is getting better, when I started to talk a lot, I felt that is the book's effectional thing because there are conversation, so if we learn that, we could use in out of the world of the book. So In my opinion, it is very useful. For a little while, there was a big baseball game, WBC (World Baseball Classic), and this article is about the victory for team Japan kept their championship over Korea, which was a cheap win. The reason why I am saying they had cheap win is they were good, but they did not keep any manner. For example, when it was before final game, they threw the ball with 140km/h right to the Korean player, and influenced the defense play, which almost caused injury, I think these are why all Koreans say they are not feeling anything about the loosing game, but mad at what, and how they have played for a long time. Korean in final, they went to over time, it was 3:3, but, Ichiro, one of best hitters, hit the RBI, so they made 5:3. I hope in next WBC, Korea defeat Japan, and win the championship.

As reports from yesterday's canvasses continue to come, news outlets across the country have been taking not of what was accomplished yesterday, and the significance it could hold for the future. From the front page of today's Washington Post:

It could have been dangerous, but to be fixed you got to step up even though it is dangerous. In my opinion, this article is basically saying that Obama is changing, he spends the money, and here comes the results, it only has been a few month, but still, this is great how he fixes the country, the groups of people and the a few great people say he is changing, too. In my opinion, Obama has mutability to change the country because, first of all behind him, there are lots of people who can help because he is democratic, trying to rule as country governed by people. Also the US citizens like them, I mean they also want to help Obama if they can, and they are, they really like to help because he is changing the country, he showed the results, and people believe that he can change, too. No one can say anything, if peoples like the presidents, and the government under Obama likes him because that is big amount of power unless he turns into evil. It is phenomenal, and amazing how he changes US, it really affects Canada too, because two countries always help each other, and these two are very friendly. If I was Obama I would never be able to change the world, but Obama can, I and everyone believes him that he is going to change.

Topic: grades (marks) encourage students to learn. Do you agree with this following statement?
All the students’ think that their grades are very important, so I do agree that grade encourage students to learn, even though it causes problem sometimes, but mostly it encourages because grades show that students can do, and it makes you to keep trying. However there are some problems, which will not encourage students to learn.
Whenever people see that they were doing better, they get more, better confidence because they feel that they can do it, especially, when students were not doing as good as in the past. In my experience, when I first came to Canada, I did not really do well because of my English, but I did better because of teachers’ comments, they told me not to disappoint myself, but keep trying hard. I think this is why grades encourage students to learn.
Mostly, if students get low marks, it doesn’t exactly encourage students, but it forces students to study to get out of low marks because it is very disappointing if I do bad on the test. So because people get low mark, they try harder to get study.
Sometimes it does not encourage because, it might remind that students are not smart enough to study his courses, it makes students to give up because of the marks if they felt that they have studied, but in my opinion, if you got low mark, you have not studied for the exam, or you do no know how to study, that was my case, but I do not think that students are not smart enough to study though.
Mostly, it encourages students to learn because it make them to feel shameful, so I agree with to topic with the reasons above, but sometimes it makes students not to study.

Topic: playing a game is fun only when you win. Do you agree or disagree?
I disagree that playing a game is fun only when you win because there is no way that you can always win the game, game was made because it makes you to enjoy, when you play game, there shouldn’t be any anger with playing.
You shouldn’t play game if you don’t feel any fun. You can get angry if you lose every time, but that is not a point of playing game, no matter you lose or win, you should enjoy, that is the most important thing. There are lots of time that you can play game in your life, so when you lose, you just got to try hard, just like studying something. If you failed, you try hard, then finally you will achieve what you want.
You have more fun when you win, and it is still fun when you lose the game because you were enjoying the game while you was playing. If you lose you will feel bad, but you will be able to win, when you keep playing the game. In my experience, whenever I felt bad because I kept loosing, I changed the way that I play, if I lost the game, I changed the level that I was playing, then won the game because it still make you feel good.
I think that I am going to say when you win the game, you will feel better, but you feel kind of sad when you lose, I don’t think that many people can notice this, but the meaning of keep trying is you are enjoying, and being aggressive. So you are having fun, but only result was bad.

Even though you are not rich, you live happily with your family, you have fun, which is another way that has achieved, and are successful, too.
The reason why I said people who are rich are successful in their process of working is that no one knows how he or she lives, are they just successful in their working, they might not be successful with relationship between family, or friends, money became important, but money is one result that shows you are successful, it is part of you success, so even if you have lost of money, if you have no where to spend the money, then you are not successful enough, even if you earn lots of money.

Topic: most experiences in our lives that seemed difficult at the time become valuable lessons for the future. Do you agree with this statement?
There are all kinds of experience that people know, but experiences that seemed difficult at the time become valuable lessons for the future mostly because we know that if we are doing something same way, we know that we shouldn’t do.
I haven’t experienced that much difficult things, and I am not old enough to say things about the work, but I think I know some about studying. For example, when teacher gave us big project, I should work daily, so I won’t be busy before the due dates, and get low marks for my result, unless I am brilliant and genius. When I am don’t know what to do, if I make schedule, which is helpful to study.
I think it has to be valuable lesson for the future because you don’t want horrible things to happen again, no one does, especially the experience was difficult at that time, you don’t want to have things are bad, and you don’t want to have mistake that you have got, so you will be more careful, and hard working in some way. People never want to get the bad things again, and again. So I think that because they don’t want to repeat bad things, if they experienced, it will be valuable lessons for the future.
Another thing is that because you have experience, you will know how to keep you in good ways. Because you know what the bad things, you will have confidence, not try to have any mistake, and you will do better in some way because some people are not well experienced because they have been wealthy… etc

There are all kinds of experience that people know, but experiences that seemed difficult at the time become valuable lessons for the future mostly because we know that if we are doing something same way, we know that we shouldn’t do.
I haven’t experienced that much difficult things, and I am not old enough to say things about the work, but I think I know some about studying. For example, when teacher gave us big project, I should work daily, so I won’t be busy before the due dates, and get low marks for my result, unless I am brilliant and genius. When I am don’t know what to do, if I make schedule, which is helpful to study.
I think it has to be valuable lesson for the future because you don’t want horrible things to happen again, no one does, especially the experience was difficult at that time, you don’t want to have things are bad, and you don’t want to have mistake that you have got, so you will be more careful, and hard working in some way. People never want to get the bad things again, and again. So I think that because they don’t want to repeat bad things, if they experienced, it will be valuable lessons for the future.
Another thing is that because you have experience, you will know how to keep you in good ways. Because you know what the bad things, you will have confidence, not try to have any mistake, and you will do better in some way because some people are not well experienced because they have been wealthy… etc
At the time that you got difficult experience, that is very hard to stay, but as you are growing, you will notice that because of experiences, you have passed through successful way.

Many companies have trouble with their boss. To be, and show good qualities of a good boss, you got to be tough to yourself, but really nice to the workers, and make them to work very hard, and enjoy them to work, so they will have positive thoughts, so company will develop faster.
In my opinion, to be a good boss, you got to be very aggressive. The reason why you got to be aggressive is that you got to show the workers that you are interested in the work, if people see the boss tries hard, they are going to try harder because they can’t be playing if boss is working, they will fee embarrassed, so to make the workers work hard, and boss work too, I am very sure, people are going to like the boss, if he or she tries hard as them.
You have to think that workers are just like your family because you are not going to be able to work with unlikable people, I mean you can, but as you get close to the workers, you will feel fun, and workers will work hard because they know that the boss is thinking them as a special boss, so they won’t lie, and just work hard for the company.
He or she has to be very responsible, the boss is a leader, if you can’t lead, and have no responsibility, one day, you are going to failure, no worker is going to like boss because you are not even trying, you are telling people to work, and you don’t even have responsibility.
There are lots of ways to be a good leader, or boss. However I think that this is the best and the fastest way that you can show your worker that you are a good boss.

Unless you are rich, and desire to go to the restaurants, you shouldn’t be there because it can be more delicious, but the qualities of the food are not as good as food at home.

It is wasting money; we can easily cook the fries. We can go get frozen chicken at the market, and cook. The student was not a person like this, but as he watched violent things, he became crazy, and violent person.
If the people who watch the violent programs are adult, they should be able to control, but most of them are young children, students, or almost adults, most of them can rarely control themselves, which is a big problem because they watch a lot, they will have many problems.

If I could change my hometown, I want to make the apartments shorter, I mean that there are lots of apartment, but it is too far to go to top because of the parks, playgrounds, and the stairs. I want to make big supermarket because it is too far to go.
The reason why I want to change the distance is that, it takes too long to go over the friends’ houses, it is hard because it is mountain, it is very clean, more beautiful than other apartments though, lots of people ride bicycles, but because the road is made going up, it is very hard to go, and take too long,
It is very dangerous because of the cars, we can’t really see the car coming from the side, and the parking place, there are walls with ninety degrees of angles, which causes a lot of accident, but there were no accident for last years. Another reason why it is very dangerous is that we have to go down, which makes the speed of bicycle, or skates faster. Also it is very different that people don’t stop, unless they are really nice, different culture. So if we see any cars we have to wait them to stop or let it pass.

Title: The Giver (end)
Gabriel is in trouble, who is The newchild that Jonas's family cares for at night. He is sweet and adorable during the day, he is in trobule unless Jonas puts him to sleep with some memory. Jonas's father had to release him, but Jonas don't want him to be in trouble. Jonas has broken serious rule, he took the leftover food, and his father's bicycle, and brought it to Gabriel. (In this book, the family can't have more children if they have one son and daughter) Gabe and Jonas hid, they rest in the afternoon, they can't move because people are serching them. He gives his memory to Gabriel, so he won't wake up and cry. After several days, they left behind the aircraft because people know they are hiding.The landscape around them begins to change: the terrain becomes bumpy and irregular, and Jonas falls and twists his ankle. He sees waterfalls and wildlife, all new things to him after a life of Sameness. He is happy to see beautiful things, but worries that he and Gabe might starve, since there is no sign of cultivated land anywhere around. He catches some fish to eat, he goes back to the community, but he choose to leave because people might catch them. Jonas feels hunger, cold, and pain from his twisted ankle. One day, it begins to snow, and Jonas's bicycle cannot climb the steep hill that rises before them. Jonas has lost most of the memories he received from the Giver, but he tries to remember sunshine and the feeling of warmth that it gives. Teachers should encourage their students to questions
In the school, there are two types of students, one type is asking questions that they do not understand, another type is, even if you don’t understand, you don’t ask teacher what they are. So teachers should encourage them to ask questions, if they don’t understand because if you ask questions, you can do well, or might enjoy the subject.
No students want to failure their subject. In my experience, asking questions is very helpful, so my average went up too. As students want to do well, most teachers want them to do well, too. If you are not doing well, you should ask teachers because 100% teachers know what your problem is. I did not know how to study geography, I was scared to ask teacher because my English was not good, but teacher encouraged me to come to her after school, so I did, she knew my problems, and told me what to do, that is how I did better. So even though you can’t ask, teachers should encourage you to ask questions.

First is that because they don’t engage that much, they are less developed, they are behind that everyone, people have no aggressive thing that they want to do because they only care about themselves, they will be lazy, don’t care about other world. Thirdly, country won’t be developed for ever because they don’t trade, which means they can’t get money that much.

Essay
Topic: A university education should be provided free of charge to all interested scholars. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?
The topic is whether or not a university education should be provided free of charge to all interested scholars. This is very important because the cost of education is rising, and the education is important, too. I believe that university shouldn’t be provided free education.
I do not think that university education should be free. Who is going to pay the money? Government is going to pay for us, but people are going to have to pay more taxes, which are going to influence the old people, they don’t study, and why would they pay more taxes. It makes same point, to pay to go to university or pay more taxes; also people might not go to university because you are wasting money in not useful case, which is not fair for everyone.
The level of university will fall, if university don’t have any money to teach, no student is going to come, no one will go to university, if they have same level as high school does why would they go? Also if university is free, how are they going to buy computers, books, and hire good professors to teach? So they should not have free university education.
Finally, I think the university should not be free because there are many reasons school available and they have different prices. Poor students, unless you are incredibly smart, can go to a school that doesn’t cost as much and still learn a lot. Many university give aid or scholarships so a student can attend even if they don’t have money. So there is no need to make a university education free.

Title: The Giver
After Jonas receives his first memory, he finds that it is not too hard to obey the rules that come with his position. His family is used to his not dreaming frequently, so they do not question him much at dream-telling time. His friends are so busy describing their own training experiences that he can just sit still and listen, knowing that he could not even begin to explain what happens in his training. He has a lot of hard time with the Giver. For example, because Jonas is young, the Giver shows very poor denounces to him, also whatever Jonas asks, he answers poorly. He has been very busy, but he go to the House of Old again with his friend. Jonas tries to figure out the mean by seeing beyond, which he never experienced, or saw it. He asks Jonas to remember the sled from yesterday, and Jonas notices that the sled has the same strange quality as Fiona's hair and the apple. It did not turn into red, it was red. The reason that the sled is just red, instead of turning red, is that it is a memory from a time when color existed. Jonas remarks that red is beautiful and wonders why his community got rid of it, and the Giver tells him that in order to gain control of certain things, the society had to let go of others. Jonas says that they should not have done so, and the Giver tells Jonas that he is quickly acquiring wisdom.
As Jonas has trained, he is understanding a lot of colors, and the differences. Jonas thought that the Giver's memory gives him pain, the Giver knew it too, he was telling his memory on purpose to make, and give the memory of pain to Jonas...

Computers can translate all kinds of languages well. Do our children need to learn more languages in the future?
Because the technology have develpoed, the computers can traslate all kinds of languages, and now parents want them to learn more for no reason unless your job is travelling whole world, or trading between the countries, you don't have to know more that two languages, so I don't agree that children need to learn more languages.
Many parents want their children to learn more lnaguages because they will go to better university, or better job, I meant job that they want to go, but they don't have to learn all the languages. What if they want to stay at their country and go to normal company and university, there is no reason to learn more languages, I know that if you learn more languages, it will be very useful, but if you just think about the normal life in the futre, you don't have to know more than two, you own country's language and English, or Chinese because China is developing so fast that if you see your beloings, you can see made in China, and many people, Americans, Africans, and Europeans speak English, so if you know English you can do almsot everything that you want.

Journal Mar 9th
Title: The Giver Page:60~90
Jonas are going to go to Ceremony of Twelves very soon. Jonas was getting nervous as the time passes, but in the aftersnoon, he worked very hard in the volunteer time, also he enjoyed it so much. He could not sleep the night before the ceremony because he was exciting for the assignment that he will get, but some way he was worried about it because he might get a bad assignment, the assignment that he wouldn't want, but he fell in the sleep because he was only eleven, even though he wanted, he couldn't stay that long. He dreamed about the House of Old. As soon as he wakes up, he had the breakfast, and tell his father that he had dreamed something while he was sleeping, he was telling the family his dream. He said, I was in the House of Old with Fiona, but no Asher (the best friend of Jonas). They were in the bathroom, Jonas wanted Fiona to take a shower, he wanted to wash her, Fiona was laughing, which made kind of Jonas to be made in the beginning of the dream, Jonas know, and Fiona knew that he should not take a shower, but Jonas wanted terribly, this was his dream. His parents looked quite happy, but Jonas did not know why, his mother told her after Lily went to the school, she said she is glad because the time has come, she thought the feeling of want had to be in the Jonas' mind, she said that is why she is glad, but Jonas get a little scary because his mother was telling that the rule was you have to tell the committee if you have feeling of wanting, but no one really does, Jonas was scared of banding the law, but he gets little better when his mother told him that, they just want to know the feeling, not anything else. He goes to the Ceremony of the Twelves, he was nervous, somehow he was chosen to be the Reciever of the Memory. If you are chosen to this thing, you can succeed easily, but if you failure, you are not going to succeed. Jonas gets really nervous as he speaks. What is going to happen is...

He could not sleep the night before the ceremony because he was exciting for the assignment that he will get, but some way he was worried about it because he might get a bad assignment, the assignment that he wouldn't want, but he fell in the sleep because he was only eleven, even though he wanted, he couldn't stay that long. He dreamed about the House of Old. As soon as he wakes up, he had the breakfast, and tell his father that he had dreamed something while he was sleeping, he was telling the family his dream. He said, I was in the House of Old with Fiona, but no Asher (the best friend of Jonas). They were in the bathroom, Jonas wanted Fiona to take a shower, he wanted to wash her, Fiona was laughing, which made kind of Jonas to be made in the beginning of the dream, Jonas know, and Fiona knew that he should not take a shower, but Jonas wanted terribly, this was his dream. His parents looked quite happy, but Jonas did not know why, his mother told her after Lily went to the school, she said she is glad because the time has come, she thought the feeling of want had to be in the Jonas' mind, she said that is why she is glad, but Jonas get a little scary because his mother was telling that the rule was you have to tell the committee if you have feeling of wanting, but no one really does, Jonas was scared of banding the law, but he gets little better when his mother told him that, they just want to know the feeling, not anything else. He goes to the Ceremony of the Twelves, he was nervous, somehow he was chosen to be the Reciever of the Memory. Essay
Title: Forests are the lungs of the earth. Destruction of the world's forests amounts to death of the world we currently know. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
I absolutely think that forests are the lungs are of the earth, and we should not have any destruction at all about the forest because as we destroy, the air will get worse and worse, the earth, environment will have worse problem that we can't fix, I mean we can't really fix the problem that nature has because we caused the problem.
Lately, we destroyed a lot of mountain, or forest to develop more, this is good sign of developing, but we are causing a problem, the problem is probably about the air because even though we use a lot car, the leaves absorbs million tons of dust that is from the car, which is very good, but if we destroy them and use many technology, there will be the most awful world in the future. I can't imagine world with the air that we can't breath with, water that we can't drink. The forests on the land are probably about 35% of the land, and the Amazon River is 20%, it was 30%, but people have cut the entire tree to build the houses, to develop more. Amazon was called as the tank of oxygen, it produced a lot of oxygen (also meant, cleaned the air.), but we use more technology, so it is almost unable to fix now.
The reason why I said, we can't really fix the problem is that I have never seen the people solved the problem with nature. For example, I haven't seen the people solved the problem with the global warming, or the hurricane in New Orleans. We can fix the problem that we made right away, but we can't fix the problem, if we have made the problem for a long time and don't fix it.
Do you have any idea with fixing this problem? I think I have some, not precisely, but simple solutions. First, we have to start to not doing the bad things from right now, not a year later, or month later, we have to do thins now, once human say I am going to do it later, that caused the problem all the time, so we have to start to clean up now. Secondly, the government, and the scientists should try to fix the problem as fast as they can, and try to develop the technology, which will be very hard work for them, but if we want to solve the problems, and live easier, we have to do these simple things that we can do it now.

Title: The Giver Page 30~60
In the bright morning, Lily was awakening, but Jonas was not, he knew that Lily is never quiet in the morning, or any time. So even though Lily was being annoying, Jonas just waited till his father comes, but he did not because he was busy of bringing the basket up and down. Jonas had to get up because of the noise that Lily is making, again this part makes how the life is complicated, and adults kind of controls the world. Lily says because she like new children, she hopes that she get assigned of birthmother, but her mother gets mad at her because of saying her assignment wants to be birthmother. Birthmother is a job that people take care of new babies for three years, and you spend your rest of your lives in stupid things, which Lily's mother did not want, she wanted Lily to do something that she can enjoy, and useful. In this case, Lily's mom is trying to let her think about her future more seriously, so she won't be wasting her time in her life. Also they talked about the relasing room, which made Jonas to be excited because he wanted to see the relasing room.
Jonas had volunteer time with Asher, who got released by Jonas, but still the best friend, children eight to eleven had volunteer time for developing their skills. Jonas enjoys volunteer hours because they are less regulated than other hours of his day, he gets to choose where he spends them. Today, he goes to the House of the Old, where he notices Asher's bike is parked. In the bathing room, he gives a bath to an elderly woman, he appreciates the sense of safety and trust he gets from the woman, but in this case the rule doesn't exist for the new children or old people. The woman, Larissa, does not understand the rules with forbidden things for the children because she knows that children are learning fast, curious at everything...etc.
Jonas and Asher come back home together, Asher was throwing an apple and catching it, Jonas found interesting thing. The thing that made Jonas interesting was apple with..., and he gets nervous because of Ceremony of the Twelves.

Title: The Giver Author: Lois Lowry Page 1~30
The chapter was introduced a eleven years old boy, Jonas. He was frightened of the aircraft because last year , it was not this squat, it was bigger, so as the cargo. Jonas' family was having a dinner. While they are having some food, they always have telling of feelings, which Lily, seven years old, young sister of Jonas, and Jonas talk about their feelings of today, and what they have done. Lily talks first, she said, she had been very mad at the visitors, her childcare group was in play area, and the visitors were the groups of sevens. She said the groups of sevens did not obey the rules, that is why she was mad at them. In that world, we can know that the rules and everything else is very complicated, for example, in the beginning, when Jonas saw the pilot had a mistake, he was released, he did not have any chance, you have only one chance to succeed, if you make a mistake one, you will be released by the government. People don't think this in bad way at all because when Asher; the pilot was released, he just said, I am sorry fellows, he did not beg for any chance to keep working on the pilot stuffs. After Lily finished her talking, her mother told her to go change her clothes, and the parents need to have private talk with Jonas.The father started to talk to him, he said, every children get excited about the end of December because of the Ceremony of Ones, which is everyone celebrates of their ages. After a little while, the father's talk remains a bit of complicated life in the world, Jonas have to have an Assignment, which he is going to have to work on it forever by the government, no one can really help, no one can really have any argument about this, but mostly there is no disappointment about this Assignment. After the Ceremony of Twelves, people have to get Assignment, so in this talking as the Ceremony comes, his parents are telling him that he should be aware of changing of his life because as he get the Assignment, he has to keep working on it, and even though he goes to school, he will have less time to meet his friend, there will be no volunteering, or having some good time. (Jonas' father is working in the baby centre, he liked it, and the government gave him the Assignment of taking care of the babies, he told Jonas about his childhood to tell there are not that many disappointments about the Assignment that gets.)

Essay
Title: Technology is making communication easier in today's world, but at the expense of personal contact as many people choose to work at home in front of a computer screen. What dangers are there for a society which depends on computer screens rather than face-to-face contact for its main means of communication.
Technology is making communicaton in easier, as it has developed quickly for last 10 years. Because of this, people want to live, have their work easier, that is why they want to work at home instead of going to their office in the morning, but this causes a lot of danger because technology is not safe enough, depends on who you are, and what company what you are working on, you can get a trouble.
I said the technology is not safe enough for the people because even though you have strong protection, someone is going to figure out, or hack the computer...etc. It is always possible. As technology developed, there are two different ways, one is for good work, one is for bad, which is like the government, or police against terrorists, or killers. If you are just a normal worker in this case, you should be fine, but if you are head of the government, police or th president, you shouldn't use the computer, or phone that much because people who hate you are going to figure out what is your plan, and ruin your plan. Also, if you did just one thing wrong, that could ruin your country by the bad people. For example, you always use your telephones, computer, people around you will say something as they say something, information might go to the bad people, which causes good situation for them, but not a good situation for the govenment people.
What is better if you communicate face to face? well, first of all, you would get less problem that using technology for every single day, which means that you are safe enough to work. Secondly, you can deal better. In my opinion, to get a deal, or have to cooperate. It is better to meat together and talk about it becuase you can see what the person is thinking just by looking at his face. Also even though bad guys want to hack you, they can't because you don't use technology, you are meeting the people face to face.
What if you have to use the technology every time, it kind of sounds wasteful, but you probably should change the car, computer, or phone by certain amount of days because people are able to figure out what they want, such things as record, or meeting plan. Second solution is, you should not trust all the people around you because some day they might turned in to the bad ways.

Are our zoos cruel to wild animals? Discuss
There are a lot of zoos now days, it makes people interesting, especially little kids. Animals should live on the field not in the small metal room, they have their own freedom, just as we do, so I think that our zoos are cruel to wild animals because they have their own freedom, they won't stress out if they live on the field, families should live together, so they won't miss each other because they have emotion...etc
Just as people do have their own freedom, the animals should have their own freedom, place to live, what kind of person wants to be in a jail for a long time, all the people have their dream house, or place that they like to live in, but look at zoo, those animals don't. Animals should be so stressful that they want a resistance against humans, they will have bad memory of humans, which is not great. What happens if people are so stressful, or want their freedom? People would be a rebel, and violent. For example, there is a book called 1984, in this book, the party controls the people, they want no want to have their own privacy, fun, happiness because the party wants their absolute power, an order to keep their power, they forced people to have no relationship, sex...etc. Anyways, the animals should have their freedom to live enjoyable lives, just as humans don't want to be being watched.
Most people live with their family, so as animals. They have feelings of their father, mother, son, daughter, brother, or sister, animals are very similar to humans. Because their similar, we shouldn't make the zoo, first of all, they are going to miss their family, if the animals that are in the zoo are young, they would be really embarrassing of people who are watching, which will make them to feel stressful.
If we want to keep the animals happily, we should do something good for them, but people don't, they mostly want to get money. Imagine the world with we are in zoo, and animals are ruling, that is going to be very bad, they are just going to eat us as food, hurt us, mostly do something bad. However we just flip that imagination over, we are doing bad things to animals, and animals are feeling bad because of us.
It is good to see the animals, but I do no think people want to watch, forlorn, or gloomy animals in the zoo, as people have fun in the zoo, the animals should have a fun too because they are very similar to us, they have their own emotions, families, act...etc. I think people will glad to see the animals that are happy.

Some businesses now say that no one can smoke cigarettes in any of their offices. Some governments have banned smoking in all public places.Doyouagree
Recently, a lot of people are smoking because they have smoked for once with their curiosity, but they say I am going to smoke just one more..., but many people can't get away from the addiction of the smoking, so I agree with the topic, you can still smoke, but in the public places because lots of people don't like smell of smoke, or see people smoking in all public places.
The reason why people can't stop smoking is because there is a bit of drug in the cigarettes, which makes you to keep smoking. It is their freedom to smoke or not, but smokers shouldn't smoke in the public places. For example, would you like to eat the food with smell of smoking, they don't. In the museum, you are enjoying the fascinating historical stuffs, but people don't want to enjoy in the smoke. The smell of smoke makes people unhealthy just as smokers, and one, if you are around the smokers, smell will cover your body, which you have to wash your clothes to be clean.
The second reason why I don't want people to smoke is that it kills your body, for example, as you smoke, you will live 5.5minutes less than other people, also average smoker smokes 3000 cigarettes, which is a lot, and smoking makes you to live 24days lessly, if you smoke for a year approximatly. I have seen many people died, and had to go to the hospital to fix because smoke makes your lung turns into black, not only lung, your toes, finger...etc. It is their freedom to smoke, but it is better to not smoke if you think of your health, and other people around you.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of big and small cars? and which one do you prefer?
There are many kinds of car, but mostly there are two parts of car, big and small cars. But there are advantages and disadvantages for big, and small cars. The price of oil, saftey of driver...etc. Also I prefer big cars because it is safer, i think that saftey is more important than the money.
There are some advantages of small car, as I told you it requires small amount of money, and it can go further, which makes you to save money a lot if you compare to the big cars. When you buy the car, it cost way less than the big cars, so. Disadvantage of small car is, first of all, it is easier to break. Because it is easier to be broken, the driver is not safe enough, even though he or she has seat belt. There has been a program that shows how it influence, which, big or small car break, and are more saftey, of couse big car was. If you are poor, and have to get a car, I suggest to ride the bus, or bike, it saves moeny, even though it take little more time.

That is why the driver who drvies the big car, usually survive with the car accidents. There is disadvantgae also. In your opininon, what is the biggest problem in the world?
Lately, science, and technology have developed a lot by humans, but we wasted a lot of bad things too, thay is why we cause the problem. In my opinion, the biggest problem is global warming because the big amount of water is increasing, and it will keep increasing.
It is very simple to know who, and what cause the global warming , it is us, and cars, factoris...etc. The gas that comes out from the cars and the factoreis is very bad, also many people have the cars, it makes even worse, it makes earth really warm. the reason why I said it is us who cause problem is we made the cars, threw the garbages on the ground, and we use cars factories...etc.
People should be awarre of global warming. What is going to happen is the ice that has been frozen for a long time will melt because of high temperature. So if we keep making the earth warm, one day, we are going to have to live under the water because water is going to be covering the lands, which means that we are not going to be able to live on the land, land is disapppeared by water.
The best wat to fix this prolbem is that we go to use the cars lessly, we go to develope such things as electric car, but one big things is even though we made this, if we don't use it there is no point, so not only me, everyone has to cooperate to solve the problem.
It is going to be very awful if we can't live on the land, there are going to be more problems that we have not, but if we start, try really hard to solve, we can do it.

Studying in another country is advantageous do you agree? or disagree?
Studying in another country is advantageous in many ways, you can learn the cultural differences language, or meet new fries...etc. Because of many advantages, I would choose to go to another country.
First of all, all the countries have their won culture activity, or food. Many foreigners don't know the cultures, but they will notice the difference if they move to another country. In my experience, people learn faster if they live the experience. Canadians don't make noise when they eat meals, but Koreans do, if you make a noise, people might say "you should learn how to eat". It is interesting to learn the culture, and will be helpful because people will help you too.
Recently, many young students go to another country to learn, study language because it is way faster, you will speak better if you talk a lot with native speakers, especially when you are young. One thins is whatever is different, it is advantageous as quickness, precise.
There is at least one disadvantage if there are advangtages. One big disadvantage is that you have to stay alone, you will feel lonely because unless you are rich, your whole family is not going to be able to move.
Even though there are disadvantage, I still would choose to go to be better, and to have a better life in the future.
